Music Ministry

The Grace Church Music Department is comprised of many gifted individuals who operate as one body unified in spirit and with a heart of purity. Our purpose is to glorify God, to humbly serve Him in a spirit of excellence as ministers of music, hope, love, and to lead others into His divine presence through thanksgiving, praise, and worship. Our mission is to inspire, encourage, train, and direct those whom God has called into the music ministry with a spirit of service, excellence, sensitivity, purity, humility, and strength.

One of the primary objectives of the music department is to experience and lead others into the manifest presence of God, according to biblical principles:

"...and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of music, and praised the Lord. Then then the house was filled with a cloud, so that the priest could not stand to minister by reason of the cloud; for the glory of the Lord had filled the house of God." (II Chonicles 5:13-14)

The choir meets for rehearsal on Thursdays at 7:00 PM and sings during the last 2 Sunday services at the Humble campus.
